Requirements

Valid Driver's License
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the airport facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
Report and document any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activity encountered during patrols.
Communicate professionally with airport staff, visitors, and members of the public while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Follow all site protocols and instructions provided by supervisors or management relevant to government-operated locations.
