About The Position

As a Airport Traffic Control Officer in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, travelers, directing and managing flow of traffic, enforcing security protocols and procedures helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Your presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• 20+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities or Allied Universal management.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining access control protocols.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following established procedures.
• Remain alert and attentive during all shifts, adapting to changing environments and conditions at the location.
