Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• 21+ years of age
• Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
• Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Support emergency response efforts, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures as directed by site management or Allied Universal.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by the post.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide information and assistance as needed.
