Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in call taking, dispatching, and CCTV monitoring
• Security Experience: 1+ years
• 21+ years of age
• Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
• Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the location to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities and/or Allied Universal management.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with inquiries and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document security-related incidents and daily activities in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific guidelines.
