As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with people on site, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Document and report observations, incidents, and/or irregularities according to site protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise.
