As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service and clear communication, all while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in a dynamic environment that puts people first.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards within the aerospace and defense environment.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and documenting visitor information as required by site procedures.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner for all security-related activities.
