As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to various situations with professionalism. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns within the location, including restricted areas and sensitive zones.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible presence.
Assist with access control procedures, including checking identification and monitoring entry points as required by site-specific protocols.
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by following all post orders and directives related to the aerospace and defense environment.
