About The Position

As a Security Officer - Aero/Defense Patrol Security Clearance in Falls Church, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related threats within an aerospace and defense environment.
• Assist visitors and employees with security-related inquiries and directions as needed.
