Job Description As a Security Officer - Access Gate in Russellville, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, support access control, and respond to routine situations with professionalism. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, observing for any unusual activity or unauthorized access.
Document and report incidents, observations, and/or any issues according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees, offering assistance as needed.
Support security-related operations in a food and beverage environment, adhering to any site-specific hygiene and operational requirements.
