Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining access logs, and directing authorized personnel and visitors to appropriate areas.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems and report irregular activity according to post orders and escalation protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting actions taken, and assisting with on-site response as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify maintenance or policy compliance concerns.
