About The Position

The Access Control Security Officer position is designed to help make the world a safer place. As part of our Security Team, you will be responsible for observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. This role requires a commanding presence and the ability to maintain control in challenging situations. Security positions are available in both full-time and part-time capacities, and we provide training for those without prior experience in security.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality industry.
