As an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, support visitor check-in and badge processes, and document security-related activity. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and respond to access issues with professionalism. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Control access at employee and visitor entry points by checking identification, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests and vendors according to site rules.
Monitor and document incoming and outgoing deliveries, including driver check-in, trailer and seal verification, and coordinating with site contacts to help support orderly dock and yard access.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, completing reports, and preserving details for follow-up.
Conduct regular and random patrols around production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or policy concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
