About The Position

As a Security Officer - Driver Certified in Cromwell, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. In the food and beverage location, our Access Control professionals are responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. They conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. This role requires a valid driver's license as per AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements.
• Applicants must be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is a preferred requirement.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing access control procedures and adhering to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Assist in managing access to the premises, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Engage in emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols.
