You will help to deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and interact with visitors and staff to provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and granting entry only to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols specific to the food and beverage environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and observe for unusual activity.
Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or hazards encountered during shifts.
Support the enforcement of company policies regarding prohibited items and restricted areas within the location.
Assist with emergency evacuation procedures and provide guidance to employees and visitors during incidents.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal leadership to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.
