As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with team members and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain order.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe and report on any irregularities.
Document all activities, observations, and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
Assist with visitor and contractor management by verifying credentials and granting access as appropriate for a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
