As a Security Officer - Access Control Desk in Green Bay, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location.
Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Provide customer service to clients and employees by responding to inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter security-related incidents and identify any unusual activity.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and/or other procedures.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
