Requirements

  • Patrol the premises like a pro
  • Control access and be the gatekeeper of safety
  • Must have experience with CCTV cameras
  • Tech Savvy - Must possess computer skills: word / excel
  • Maintain a visible security presence
  • Respond to incidents in a timely manner
  • Write detailed reports - daily/weekly/monthly
  • Work with management and law enforcement when needed
  • Stay sharp, stay professional, and keep security on point

Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records and logs of all training conducted
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Use experience and knowledge and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills
  • Gather feedback from Training Manager and your trainees after each educational session
  • Partner with Client and liaise with your leaders to accomplish any last minute requirements
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Manage and maintain local IC training office and equipment
  • Research and recommend new training methods when needed
  • Be prepared to help with post coverages when the need arises
  • Be available to work differing hours and shifts based on client/officer needs
