About The Position
The position involves making physical inspections and security checks of grounds and facilities, documenting results, and reporting fires while assisting in their suppression. The role requires investigating incidents on the center and providing clear and accurate reports. Additionally, the individual will perform First-Aid and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation as needed, control disturbances, and assist staff in de-escalating volatile situations. Routine vehicle inspections on the General Services Administration fleet are also part of the responsibilities, along with completing required security, vehicle, and transportation logs accurately and on time. The position includes accurately logging and searching employees, visitors, vendors, and students as they enter and exit the center, along with other duties as assigned.
