As a Security Office Intern, you will: Refresh all data related to a Physical Security Vulnerability Assessment. Conduct site visits to verify multiple security measures are appropriately established at various sites across NJ and PA. Leverage Microsoft Excel to update security data for each site. Assist the Corporate Security team in completing ongoing physical security inspections and security vulnerability assessments. Assist team in projects related to Corporate Security and Business Continuity, as needed. Assist in evaluating current workflows and suggesting improvements or new procedures. Analyze existing data and suggest improvements related to data organization and efficiency for all security and business continuity metrics.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and entering senior year, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Data Science, or similar.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates (June-August)
  • Position is onsite in the corporate office in Wall, NJ, with occasional travel to other field sites.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for student visas.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools is preferred.
