About The Position
PacifiCorp is seeking customer-centric candidates to grow and sustain our commitment to a culture of customer service excellence, environmental sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion. The Security Monitoring Specialist I will monitor physical and cybersecurity events and take the appropriate action to either remediate or escalate appropriately. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of major operating systems, cybersecurity and networking concepts, and physical security. Operators will be working in a dual physical and cyber security operations center in a 24/7/365 atmosphere.
