About The Position

PART TIME / EVENING / WEEKEND / SEASONAL - SECURITY MONITOR QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a high school diploma Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and the public Experience in security / surveillance preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary Ability to stand / walk for up to 8 hours per day RESPONSIBILITIES: Promotes and provides a safe and secure learning environment for all students, staff and community members Exhibits a sense of caring for the welfare of students, staff and guests Works collaboratively with staff in assuming duties to secure a safe environment Demonstrates a working knowledge of rules governing student behavior as outlined in the district policies and procedures Cover areas of supervision after school, in the evening and/or weekend as assigned including but not limited to: hallways, bathrooms, cafeteria, parking lots, campus Performs all other duties requested by supervisor SCHEDULE: Part Time / Evening / Weekend / Seasonal DETAILS: Salary - $20.00/hr.
