About The Position
This position maintains continuous state of alertness and awareness to control and secure the facility and residents. Operates within legal constraints and contract agency stipulations. The role involves ensuring that the equipment necessary for each watch is operational, preparing shift documentation, receiving necessary information from previous shift personnel, conducting facility counts, and maintaining communication with residents and staff in a professional manner. The position also includes supervising resident work details, conducting cleanliness checks, and participating in staff meetings to enhance team cooperation.
