About The Position

The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment. An exclusive new oceanfront condominium located on the prominent and stylish crossroads of Ashford Avenue and Earle Street. Requirements

Hospitality oriented.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, good customer service skills and multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capacity to respond quickly to emergencies and physically intervene if necessary
Must be able to work flexible hours, including day and nights, weekends, and holidays.
Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Nice To Haves

Relevant security certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Security Management) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the safety and security operations of the building.
Ensures the protection of residents, guests, staff, and property, managing security staff, implementing security policies, and responding to emergencies.
Schedule and assign security personnel to various locations and shifts.
Conduct regular training sessions for security staff on safety procedures, emergency response, and customer service.
Monitor security systems, alarms, and access control systems.
Respond and investigate all security incidents and emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, and thefts.
Prepare detailed reports for management.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding building security.
Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor.
