About The Role: Operations Manager – Westminster We are seeking an experienced and professional Operations Manager with a proven track record in managing corporate sites, high-profile clients and a background in events planning. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering operational excellence. Location: Westminster, London Hours: 42 hours per week (flexible scheduling required) Application Deadline: 22/01/26

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management within corporate or high-risk security environments.
  • Experience in events planning and security deployments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under intense pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Understanding of business finance and P&L
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Management Ensure all rotas are fully staffed Escalate any scheduling concerns promptly to the Account Manager to maintain service standards.
  • Staffing & Contingency Planning Take a proactive approach to sourcing cover for absences or ad hoc requirements by liaising with control teams, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  • Training and Mentoring Train and develop the teams skills sets and work towards staff progression Maintain site training Matrix
  • Flexible Service Delivery Work flexibly to meet client operational needs, ensuring contracted hours are delivered seamlessly.
  • Stake Holder and Client Engagement Work closely with multiple stake holder and manage client expectations
