Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in using security equipment and software
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security
• First Aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management is an asset

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures
• Train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring compliance with protocols
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents effectively
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders
• Provide assistance and support to guests and employees during emergencies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in security
