Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in security and 5 years in managing teams.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous military, EMS, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage all staff on the 24/7 Security Team.
• Oversee building security controls and technical projects to ensure the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets.
• Plan and execute security measures for all events.
• Train, coach, and mentor security staff to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in planning and coordinating operations for events.
• Travel to regional meetings and foster relationships with local law enforcement.
• Lead investigations and manage crises using technology and client collaboration.
• Properly manage all company equipment, including radios, computer equipment, flashlights, and uniforms.
