The Americas Security Manager will report to the Director of Security - Americas and provides a unique opportunity to mature and shape CRH's security operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role requires a thorough understanding of security risk management and the ability to proactively assess and respond to potential threats. The role also provides significant scope to influence security culture, engage with senior leadership, and protect CRH's most valuable assets - its people, facilities, and reputation. This role will work closely with Health & Safety, Legal, HR, Audit & Compliance, Internal Controls, Facilities, and Information Security, and requires travel - upwards of two weeks per month. This a remote role - we are looking for someone in this role that is based in a state that is west of the Mississippi.
