About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security Management Lead (SML) to join our team! In this role you will get to apply security management strategies and policies to oversee staff activities and ensure compliance with government regulations. What You'll Be Doing: Apply security management strategies and policies to direct Task 5 staff activities. Provide overall task management to align work activities with strategic objectives. Oversee compliance with government regulations and enforce adherence to security policies. Serve as the Task 5 Lead, ensuring the successful execution of all related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10+ years of related experience.
• Proven experience in security management or related fields.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of government regulations and security policies.
• Ability to align work activities with strategic objectives effectively.
• An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
