Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years Maintenance experience is required.
- Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
- Commitment to safety and quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the campus, facilities, and equipment.
- Utilize a variety of building trades, including carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical as well as general labor.
- Ensure safety and satisfaction of staff and residents.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of completed work.
