About The Position

This is a regional role responsible for supporting AMH facilities and fleet operations across both the Western and Eastern counties. The position requires travel to clinics in either region, sometimes within the same week or day, to ensure facilities and vehicles remain safe, secure, and fully operational. This role oversees infrastructure upkeep, fleet coordination, and on-site security while helping maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgment during both routine operations and high-pressure situations. Facilities & Fleet Maintenance Conduct regular inspections of facilities, grounds, and company vehicles; identify, report, and coordinate needed repairs or improvements. Oversee preventative and emergency maintenance, equipment and vehicle upkeep, cleanliness, waste disposal, parking allocation, and use of external storage spaces as directed. Supervise external vendors; ensure compliance with AMH standards and maintain strong working relationships. Collaborate with Practice Supervisors to maintain clean, safe, and fully functional medical practices. Support fleet administration and compliance, including mileage reconciliation, vehicle scheduling. Security Conduct regular interior and exterior foot patrols of clinic premises. Monitor building access and ensure entrances/exits are secure. Respond to alarms, disturbances, medical emergencies, or unauthorized access. De-escalate conflicts and manage disruptive behavior professionally and safely. Enforce clinic policies related to safety, security, parking, smoking, and visitor conduct. Operate and monitor electronic security systems. Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed. Maintain detailed incident and activity reports and communicate issues to appropriate leadership. You may be assigned to cover multiple clinic locations as needed, including in response to call-ins.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and respond quickly for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet organizational needs.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, fleet, security, or related operations.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Security guard license preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

  • Prior healthcare, facilities, or security experience preferred.
