About The Position

Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property as directed. Works to ensure maximum Guest safety at all times while periodically patrolling assigned areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all timesConducts internal investigations of allegations of misconduct by staff to include, but not limited to, guests and contractors Secure and maintain all evidence in accordance with policy and procedure and local rules of evidence. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as neededAdhere to all company service and operating standardsAnswers Guest's questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in generalProtect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issuesObserve and report unusual or suspicious behavior Escalate emergency situations to Supervisor, assistant director and Director as needed

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain required work cards
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Complete property academy, as assigned
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, ability to see color and standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests
