About The Position

The Security Investigation Manager is a critical role within the Americas Security Team, responsible for driving, implementing, and maintaining robust internal security programs. This position focuses on managing security incidents, conducting investigations, preventing insider threats, and supporting event security, travel security, and background investigations. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Security Investigation Manager ensures organizational resilience and strengthens the company's security posture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate security, investigations, law enforcement, military, or intelligence.
  • Proven expertise in security incident management and conducting complex internal investigations.
  • Knowledge of insider threat detection, risk assessment, and prevention strategies.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in incident management and case tracking systems.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required, including working non-standard hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in event security, travel security, and/or executive protection programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage security incidents from intake to resolution, ensuring thorough documentation and escalation.
  • Conduct comprehensive threat assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Plan and execute internal investigations into policy violations, workplace threats, fraud, and misconduct.
  • Develop and support insider threat detection and prevention programs in collaboration with Legal, HR, IT, and Compliance.
  • Provide security planning and operational support for corporate events and executive travel.
  • Conduct and manage background investigations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
  • Monitor trends using incident tracking systems and deliver data-driven leadership briefings.
