What You Will Do Provide security support and perform administrative duties for the Global Security Services (GSS) team at the RTX Technology Research Center in East Hartford, CT. Assist with security-related projects and organize/file various documents. Attend meetings and draft executive summaries. Write CORE documents, including Functional Standard Work and workflow documentation. Collaborate with various functions to gather feedback on security-related matters. Support communications to RTRC leadership. What You Will Learn Gain a solid understanding of the security function within a corporate and research and development environment. Develop effective communication skills. Understand high-level operations within RTX.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field with a focus on Security.
  • Candidates must not graduate before September 2026.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 3.5 GPA.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
