The Associate, Security Intelligence i s responsible for managing life safety & physical security activities for assigned facilities. Responsibilities include oversight and management of contract security staff and the buildings critical security systems (access control, CCTV and Alarm). Accountable for developing and implementing security & life safety procedures and standards to ensure compliance with Santander's policies; developing and maintaining the buildings emergency response plans and ensuring compliance with local fire codes and life safety standards. The Building Security Manager will be required to foster relationships with building tenants; Santander's businesses; security integrators; neighboring businesses and with local police and fire department officials. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on global, national, and local threats (geopolitical, criminal, social unrest) relevant to the bank's assets. Perform all-source intelligence gathering using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), dark web monitoring, and vendor intelligence feeds. Identify, track, and profile threat actors and analyze their Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Produce tailored Threat Intelligence Reports, briefings, and alerts for the Corporate Security Team. Translate complex, raw data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders to support decision-making. Provide situational updates to senior management during crises. Conduct Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessments (TVRAs) across key properties and assets to support the functional security teams. Identify vulnerabilities in physical security and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with functional teams to analyze threats and align security controls with business risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Security management, Electronics, Technology or equivalent. - Required.
  • 5+ Years Security experience required, preferable with exposure to building technologies supporting commercial real estate. - Required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing vendor and solution/service providers.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities; manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees.
  • Exhibit and champion excellence in work and willingness to embrace change.
  • Flexibility with schedule and ability to work beyond regular business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products.
