As a Commercial Security Installation Technician III, you will assist the Project Manager with on-site scheduling of work activities and timely delivery of equipment. You will be responsible for the connection of control panels, application requirements, wire concealment, and security software installation. This role involves installing, programming, and configuring commercial electronic security systems for enterprise commercial clients, including door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low voltage communication, electronic locks, point sensors, and signaling devices. You will troubleshoot new installations to ensure systems function properly and meet codes, demonstrate leadership on the Installation Team, and supervise Security Installation Technician I’s and II’s. The position requires managing several medium- to large-sized jobs simultaneously within approved hours and margin tolerances. You will drive a company-issued vehicle to client sites to perform system installations, confirm effective operation, and ensure contract requirements are met. Additionally, you will install electrical wiring, panels, cables, and security devices, and complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by your manager.
