About The Position

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor - Hospital Setting in Coconut Grove, FL! At least 2+ Years' Service in Healthcare/Medical‐Related Field 2 yrs. or more of Security Supervisor Experience Pay Rate: $19/hr Full Time Opportunity Night Shift: 10pm - 6am (Sunday to Thursday) Active Security D License and Security Experience is Required! Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED from an accredited school
  • At least 2 years of verifiable work history
  • Ability to pass a federal 10-panel drug test
  • Willing to undergo TB bloodwork and vaccination review
  • Professional appearance: no facial piercings, no facial or neck tattoos, natural hair color
  • Ability to remain calm, confident, and reliable in stressful situations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly when needed
  • At least 2+ Years' Service in Healthcare/Medical‐Related Field
  • 2 yrs. or more of Security Supervisor Experience
  • Active Security D License and Security Experience is Required!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the facility
  • Support patient safety through rounds, incident response, and de-escalation
  • Assist clinical teams during emergencies and high-stress situations
  • Provide visitor screening, access control, and customer service assistance
  • Complete accurate incident documentation
  • Participate in physical restraints as trained and assist with deceased-patient transfers
  • Uphold hospital safety protocols, patient dignity, and professionalism
