About The Position

Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated (medical exemption preferred).
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid ID (state or federal) required.
• Valid NY Security Guard license is mandatory.
• Social Security Card is required.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be vigilant and responsible.
• Ability to follow all security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist at the front desk as needed.
• Check employee and visitor identification.
• Protect property and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Patrol and conduct scans of designated areas.
• Observe and report any security or safety concerns.
• Monitor for unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure security.
• Conduct detailed observations of people and property.
• Enforce site rules and regulations.
