About The Position

The Security Guard @ Woodland Terrace is responsible for patrolling and monitoring the property, buildings and access points, to maintain order and enforce regulations and for the safety and security of the community, residents, associates and visitors; permitting entry, identifying irregularities, being aware of and taking action to remove trespassers, without interrupting the orderly flow of property operations. Respond to emergencies appropriately and with expediency, assist with emergencies, disturbances and investigations, as required. Provide excellent customer service so as to protect the community and residents and facilitate the maintenance of a warm, secure and friendly environment. Schedule: FT & PT Full Time | Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am Part Time | Friday-Sat 11pm-7am (possible on call) Pay Rate $19.00/hr Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays Excellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K Free Meal each shift What will I do every day? Bring a smile to work every day High School graduate One to two years of experience as a Security Guard (preferable with seniors) Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed Special Requirements/Certifications: Valid “D” Security License (preferred not required) Obtain BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) What’s in it for me? Requirements
