Requirements
- 5+ years of security experience (fire monitoring a plus).
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and patrolling techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Field incoming calls from security/fire monitoring agencies.
- Patrol recycling yards by vehicle and on foot.
- Monitor cameras for suspicious activity, fire risks, and safety hazards.
- Respond to incidents, assess situations, and coordinate with management.
- Collaborate with IT, local law enforcement, and emergency responders.
- Maintain detailed logs of calls, alarms, and incidents.
- Follow standard procedures and support daily operations.
