About The Position

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of security experience required.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check Requirement As a condition of employment, a complete background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of the specific State in which the employee is hired. Typically, the state investigative process includes a state and federal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus
- Law enforcement or military experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras to identify disruptions within the cultivation facility
- Ensure that health, safety and security standards are followed
- Perform safety and regulatory audits
- Welcome and check-employees and visitors at the facility.
- Complete the required state mandated training program.
