Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication to everyone on site. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Assist with access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles as required by site-specific guidelines.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed.
