1. Administration Regularly patrol lobby, corridors, and common areas, enforcing safety and security measures. Confer with management, interview guests, associates, and others to detect infringements, disturbances, complaints, theft, vandalism, etc. Patrol public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and damaged or inoperative safety equipment. Report findings to appropriate party. Warn or eject troublemakers and caution careless persons. Obtain assistance for accident victims and file accident reports with the insurance company. All reports must be filed as soon as injured has been attended to. Notify staff about presence of persons with questionable reputations. Assist management and enforcement officers in emergency situations. Enter and check rooms of guests suspected of nonpayment of bill to confirm suspicions and remove remaining personal property. Establish and supervise operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention and fighting, traffic control, guarding and patrolling physical property, orienting and monitoring personnel involved with classified information, and investigation of accidents and criminal acts. Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Assist management with safety training when requested. 75% 2. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations. Must have a knowledge of mathematical and computer skills.
