About The Position
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: The ability to perform the following: Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours Work in all areas of all the healthcare authority facilities and grounds Effectively cope with frequent interruptions Work beyond normal working hours, if necessary, to effectively and efficiently perform required duties Cope with possible subjection to infectious diseases, toxic substances, abusive people, Cope with stress that arises from working in the performance of duties Communicate with all authority personnel, medical staff, patients, and visitors while exercising proper and appropriate human relations skills JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma Security and/or law enforcement background Basic knowledge of investigative techniques Ability to maintain confidential information Basic knowledge of Crisis Intervention techniques Knowledge in the use of security camera and computer systems Knowledge of the use of protection devices Possess integrity and excellent human relation skills Possess current driver's license. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language and communicate Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances
