About The Position
Join Our Team at the Islander Inn! We're looking for experienced and professional Security Guards to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
Requirements
- Prior experience in security or a related field (hospitality experience a plus!)
- Strong observational and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and available to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Monitoring property grounds and ensuring guest safety
- Responding to incidents calmly and professionally
- Enforcing property rules and policies to maintain order
- Assisting with surveillance and reporting any unusual activity
- Handling emergencies and working closely with management when needed
