Requirements

Security background preferred.
Willing to work night shifts.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary.
Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.

Responsibilities

Deter criminal activity.
Protect property and enforce rules on property.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
Patrol areas and do security checks.
Ensure that all doors, windows, and exits are properly secured.
Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols.
Securing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Testing security systems.
Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management.
Check vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises after hours.
