TerrAscend NJ is currently hiring for unarmed security guards for our medical marijuana dispensary. The primary responsibility for Security personnel is to ensure the safety of all patients and employees at the designated dispensary location.
Requirements
- Active NJ state Sora Card (Green or Red)
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of security experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Law enforcement or military experience preferred.
- Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras to identify disruptions and monitor people in the dispensary.
- Ensure that health, safety, and security standards are followed.
- Perform safety and regulatory audits.
- Welcome and check in patients, caregivers, and visitors at the dispensary.
- Complete the required state-mandated training program.
