About The Position

Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by observing and reporting activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Requirements

Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
Valid Identification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year experience in security
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
Ability to travel between store locations

Responsibilities

Patrol Duties: Regular patrols of the premises are conducted to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security.
Access Control: Provides and implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide first aid if necessary.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and employees, addressing their concerns, and providing directions as needed.
Enforcement: Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
