The Security Officer plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This position monitors facility access, responds to emergencies, and ensures all safety and security protocols are followed at all times. The Security Guard is responsible for the overall security of the patients, employees, and facility grounds, routinely monitoring all persons and/or vehicles entering or leaving facility property. Primary duties include patrolling buildings and grounds of the hospital to prevent fires, theft, vandalism, and harm caused by others.
