As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the operations of logistics and distribution environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor access points, loading docks, and/or storage areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and support the smooth flow of logistics operations.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and client representatives.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials as required by site policies.
Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
