About The Position

Ensure a safe workplace by working with store management to control crowds, de-escalate confrontations with customers, handle disruptive customers. Monitor customer behavior and identify any suspicious behavior. Patrol assigned areas on foot to identify hazards, detect security violations, and ensure safe conditions. Work with law enforcement when needed. Access and review CCTV when necessary. Respond to incidents such as medical emergencies, shop lifting, ect. Conduct investigations and report all incidents/theft. Complete logs, reports, and documentation. Report suspicious activities, safety concerns, or incidents. Follow all safety rules, company policies, and site procedures. Other related duties may be assigned based on site needs.
